All eyes are on cryptocurrency miner Bitfarms Ltd. as it prepares to release its full-year and fourth-quarter 2025 financial results. The report, scheduled for publication before U.S. markets open on Tuesday, will serve as a critical benchmark for the company’s ongoing strategic shift away from pure-play Bitcoin mining.

The annual figures will cap a year that saw the company generate $276.41 million in revenue while posting a substantial net loss exceeding $70 million. Market participants, however, are looking beyond these headline numbers. The primary focus is the firm’s ambitious transformation into “Keel Infrastructure,” a provider of high-performance computing (HPC) and artificial intelligence infrastructure.

A New Direction: Powering the AI Revolution

Bitfarms is fundamentally restructuring its business model. The core of this strategy involves repurposing its substantial North American energy portfolio, which boasts a capacity of 2.1 gigawatts, to support demanding AI computational workloads. This pivot aims to position the company within the rapidly expanding AI infrastructure sector.

Should investors sell immediately? Or is it worth buying Bitfarms?

Management is set to provide a detailed breakdown of this new operational framework immediately following the earnings release. They will present at a specialist conference hosted by investment bank Jefferies, offering investors deeper insights into the future roadmap.

Key Metrics for the Quarterly Report

Analysts and traders have established specific expectations for the quarterly performance. The consensus estimates for the final quarter of 2025 are as follows:
– Projected revenue is approximately $61.8 million.
– The anticipated loss per share stands at $0.05.

Tuesday’s earnings announcement and subsequent commentary are viewed as a decisive moment. They will reveal the current progress of Bitfarms’ operational overhaul and provide a clearer picture of its transition from a digital asset miner to a diversified infrastructure service provider.
