United States Antimony Corporation is taking decisive steps to align its executive team with the company’s long-term performance. This strategic move coincides with a pivotal period for the resource company, which recently debuted on the New York Stock Exchange and is positioning itself for a significant expansion in revenue, fueled by a combination of government support and favorable commodity prices.
NYSE Listing and Executive Incentives
The company’s transition to the NYSE, completed on March 11, marks a new chapter in its corporate development. Shortly following this milestone, the board of directors approved a substantial equity award for CEO Gary C. Evans. The grant consists of 304,524 Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), which are scheduled to vest in increments over the coming two years. This incentive plan is designed to retain leadership during a phase of substantial financial strengthening.
Should investors sell immediately? Or is it worth buying US Antimony?
Operational results provide a solid foundation for the board’s confidence. For the 2025 fiscal year, United States Antimony reported a remarkable 163 percent surge in revenue, which exceeded $39 million. This dramatic increase was primarily driven by a sharp rise in global antimony prices, which on average more than tripled. Consequently, the company’s gross profit also saw impressive growth, advancing by 185 percent year-over-year.
Defense Contracts and Expansion Funding
A key growth driver for the current period is a contract secured with the U.S. Department of Defense under the Defense Production Act. The funding provided through this agreement is earmarked for modernizing the company’s refining operations. This strategic government investment, coupled with sustained high prices for its core commodity, is propelling the firm’s expansion plans forward.
