To gain more insight into Blackwells’ campaign, shareholders are encouraged to visit www.TheFutureOfDisney.com.

In contrast, Blackwells advises shareholders to withhold their vote from Trian’s nominees, Peltz and Rasulo, and to disregard any BLUE Trian proxy cards they may receive.

Shareholders can request copies of the definitive proxy statement free of charge.

To facilitate the voting process, the Participants have provided a GREEN universal proxy card for shareholders to use when voting for their nominees. Analyzing The Walt Disney Companys Stock Performance: Stable Revenue but Declining Net Income and EPS Raises Concerns

On February 6, 2024, the stock performance of The Walt Disney Company (DIS) displayed mixed results, with revenue holding steady but net income experiencing a decline. Total revenue for DIS over the past year amounted to $88.45 billion, indicating a 7.11% increase compared to the previous year. However, in the fourth quarter, the company generated $21.20 billion in total revenue, which remained flat compared to the previous quarter. The decline in net income may be attributed to various factors, including increased costs, changes in consumer behavior, or investments made by the company. It is worth noting that despite the decline, Disney still managed to maintain a positive net income, which showcases its resilience in navigating challenging market conditions. Furthermore, earnings per share (EPS) also experienced a decline. Over the past year, Disney reported an EPS of $1.29, reflecting a decrease of 25.28% compared to the previous year. The decline in EPS can be attributed to the decrease in net income, as well as factors such as share dilution or changes in the number of outstanding shares. Overall, the stock performance of Disney on February 6, 2024, showcased stability in terms of total revenue, despite the challenging market conditions faced by the entertainment industry. However, the decline in net income and EPS raises concerns and highlights the need for investors to carefully analyze the company’s financials and future prospects. Factors such as market trends, competition, and strategic initiatives undertaken by the company should also be taken into account when evaluating the potential of DIS stock.
