This unified negative stance points to heightened worries over the firm’s financial health. Market observers cite a prolonged decline in book value and a historical pattern of dividend reductions as primary reasons for caution. These fundamental issues appear to outweigh the current stability of the firm’s monthly dividend, which remains at $0.045 per share.

Furthermore, the company reduced its debt burden in the last fiscal year by repaying a $400 million note.
