First Resource Bancorp, the holding company for First Resource Bank, has reached a significant corporate milestone, announcing its inaugural quarterly cash dividend. This move, coming after two decades of operation, marks a strategic shift towards direct capital returns and underscores the institution’s financial maturation.

The company’s board of directors recently approved a payout of $0.02 per common share. Shareholders of record as of March 6, 2026, will receive the distribution on March 20, 2026. According to CEO Lauren C. Ranalli, the decision reflects the bank’s operational stability and robust balance sheet strength.

These strong gains provided the capital foundation necessary to initiate a shareholder reward program.

The sustainability of this dividend policy will be closely tied to the ongoing performance of its core lending and deposit-gathering activities.
